Scholarship searches can take tons of time. Many students give up after fruitless searches. Some students use national, free search engines as a tool, but they require you to share personal information that is sold and resold and leads to plenty of unwanted spam.
Our goal is simple - to put you in charge of your scholarship searches. Curated National Search
We start with your uncurated results, and then narrow the results to the ones that are better matches for you. You'll save time and be able to get started on higher quality scholarships. We will continue to perform searches as listings change. Cost - $99.
Curated National plus Local Search
Some of the best private scholarships are local ones that are not in national databases. We give you an additional search form for local offerings, and provide a separate report of those matches with listings in our CFG ScholarBank. Cost - $149.

Students should rightly be careful about Scholarship Scams. The Scholarship Companion is intended to save you time by giving you quick, relevant results on your search. We do charge for this service because we are using our time and technology to save you time and effort, and so you can retain control over your private information. However, if you would like to do the searches on your own, here are some excellent resources:
Fastweb is a free matching service that requires a profile
Cappex is a free matching service that requires a profile
Peterson's has a wonderful print guide available from booksellers, Scholarships, Grants, and Prizes 2020. It is over 1100 pages. We use this as the basis for our searches. Peterson's also has a website with searching.
Your school's guidance office will have scholarship information for free.
